Hello!
My name is Julia I am 25 years old and I am from Brazil. I was born here but I also have Italian citizenship. The last 3 years I was in Europe working, traveling and experiencing other cultures. It was really mind blowing for me to see how big the world is and how many amazing people is out there as well as their cultures.
I wanna be an Aupair cause I do love to interact with children as they are very sincere with their gestures feelings and emotions, I suffer from anxiety and being around kids makes me feel really good cause I find really easy to
read and talk to them. I have a 7 year old sister and we have loads of fun together, I always asked my mom for a sibling cause me being the only child for so long was really boring hahah
My experience with children is majorly taking care of my sister as my mom had to work most of the time and sometimes I took care of the kids of mom’s friends for a night or two. When I lived in London I also helped to take care of a 11 year old girl who had sickle cell she used arts and crafts and we used to play a lot.
My goal is to work as an AuPair and study french cause i wanna get into a university in Paris. Back in Brazil I studied a bit of Nutrition and Gastronomy but only 1 year courses. I also did Ballet for 12 years (from 3 to 15) and I kinda want to follow this dream and go to the Art scene (dance, theater and cinema). I am currently doing an audio and video course and I am very happy with my studies so I wanna seek further education and get a proper degree. But first I need to study french and there is nothing better than learning a language around kids, they are really helpful!
I can cook really well and I enjoy cooking a lot (I am vegetarian) no problem in doing light housework, I love to paint and do collages all the artsy stuff hehe and I could help the kids with Portuguese and English. I understand really basic stuff in French cause I had 2 years of french in high school but I am also doing some online classes and duolingo to help while I dont start my course. I do not have a drivers license but i am very happy to walk anywhere or ride a bike!
