About Me

Dear future family,

My name is Jay Pauline. I am 25 years old and I live in Bacolod City, Province of Negros Occidental Philippines. My place is well known as “The City of Smile” where we are celebrating Masskara Festival yearly. Approximately, 600,000 inhabitant’s in recent survey. I come from a family of 6: My parents are self-employed and run a small business vendor of homemade peanut butter. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. Our eldest is Rodjay 30 year’s old making a living near in the sea with his wife and 2 kids. The 2nd oldest Fonnie is 29 years old an online Teacher in Chinese students is a bachelor’s degree but a full time mom, me and our youngest Pearnchend 22 years old is currently in college and had a son. I was raised by my parents to fear god, close to children, values, to be contented, happy person, and helping the needy. I am Enthusiastic, Reliable, Independent, Honest, kind, Open minded, Hardworking, Patient and passionate taking care of children.

Ever since I am planning to work in abroad but i got no chance if what is way to pursue my dreams and someone give me an idea who is already in abroad working as an Au pair. She encourages me to try which I am much fitted, I have great compassion for toddlers and kids it gave me smile all the time. In our country we have our knowledge in English since elementary it is already our culture to speak English especially in work interview highly required. I will do my very best to do my job properly as an Au pair and this program will help me to be more knowledgeable of this career.

When it comes to child experience, I have looked after for my younger cousins 7 children in 1 household including cleaning, washing clothes, cook for every meal, sweeping, baby feeding and maintain the house: I applied it until now. For my part time 2 years agoI worked for a family, they had 3 girls Reanna 8, Therese 4, and Ysabelle 1 year old, every day I go there and to teach, dance, help for the assignment, cook and household chores maintain the house clean. In elderly in help, this is my current job taking care for the disabled or stroke patient. I am the only person look after in the hospital feeding meals, wiping and changing diapers for 1 week. Every day i go to their house to help take a bath, changing diaper, clothes, feeding, schedule for medicine, trimming nails and exercise.

I have helped my younger sister with his son, Marsh 7 month’s old baby every day since she’s in college and his husband is working. In addition my older sister is working online so I am helping to help with his assignment Majico 4 years old is a kindergarten. So as an aunt I always spent my time with them. During my leisure period, my life is just simple to take care of my nephews and niece. My hobbies are playing guitar while singing, dancing, reading book, biking, swimming, badminton and helping my parents with their business.

I am looking for a host family to work and companion their children as their older sister for at least a year and so on, preferably 2-3 children any age is acceptable. Lastly, I am flexible in time you can have me in evening or willing to work overtime.
