Hi there! ?

I’m a seventeen year old spanish girl, who would like to travel to ireland this summer as a live-in au pair in order to improve my english during my stay with a host family.
Even you may think i’m too young, please keep reading. i do have experience with children. i’m a very easygoing person and very responsible.
DATES

I am available from the last week of june to the first week of august. i’d like you to pick me up from the airport and the take me there when coming back.

MY FAMILY

I live with my parents and my younger brother Hugo, who is 14, in Burgos. My dad works as a teacher and my mum is a secretary in a international company.
STUDIES

In Spain it takes 2 years to get the bachelor certificate (secondary education), after these 2 years you are able to enter university. I’m currently studying the first one.
LEISURE TIME

In my free time I like reading, hanging out with friends, travelling and sports such as “pádel”.

However, I’d like to spend my free time with the family as much as possible.
EXPERIENCE

I’ve been travelling to Ireland (Co. Tipperary) during the summer time for the last 4 years with the same family. I really enjoyed myself and loved the experience. I minded the 2 youngest kids in the family, who were 6 and 9 (the last year time I went).
I get on really well with kids, I enjoy DIYs, going for walks, watching cartoons with them, helping them with any homework, teaching them, cooking with them…
LANGUAGES

I’m taking the p English ?? C1 exam in mid June, I can also speak basic German. ??
MY MOTIVATION TO BECOME AN AU PAIR

First of all I love children and the language. Due to my experience I can say it’s the best way to learn English while looking after children.

WHAT I CAN DO:

I am willing to look after your children, and do some cleaning around the house. Honestly, I don’t cook often so I know basic things, but I’m a fast learner. So if you want to teach me I’ll have no problem with that! 🙂
During my stay I expect to be part of the family, for example, whenever you go shopping going with you, or if you do some trips to another cities in Ireland… Just being one of you.

OTHER INFORMATION:

I don’t either smoke or have a driving license.

I don’t like animals. However, during the four stays in Ireland I lived with chickens and a dog and was no problem because we didn’t get close to each other.
I’m vaccinated against Covid-19 if that’s relevant for you.
