My name is
My name is Ana Paula and I’m 18 years old. But don’t worry about that, even though I am a mature and responsible person.
I have a lot of experience with kids. I worked at church taking care and teaching children for about 3 years. Besides I’ve been looking after my little sister and cousins for years.
Certainly, everything I do, I do with all my heart and this makes all difference indeed. I think you have to put your heart whatever you do. I believe kids need patience, dedication and much love!
Since I was little I always had easy time to make new friends. I enjoy meeting new people and dealing with their differences. It’s amazing to think that each one has their own story and I can be part of this.
I can speak English in intermediate level and also, I’m learning German language.
Thanks so much for reading until here. Be sure I’ll do my best and we will have great time together.
Ana Paula Ribeiro.
I always take care of my sister and my cousins, but my highest experience was with kids of the church I attend. I spent almost my entire life in the church, and I worked there for the kids. On Sunday's mornings I taught them stories of the Bible and how Jesus is important to their lifes. I also taught them to be a nice person, respecting people and how to be kindness in the same way. On Sunday's nights, we sang as a beautiful choir, and I get emotional when I remember about that time.
Kids are everything to me, and I thank God for letting me to be able to take care of them.
My experiences that I have caring for children is everything that they need.
Things like eating, bathing, using the bathroom, sleeping, knowing how to talk to them, how to take care of them when they are sick and knowing their needs even if they do not say that. I think the last one is more important than everything, because kids normally doesn't know how they feel most of the time, and you need to know their needs at anytime.
My skills that I have learned from caring for children is make simple tasks much more fun. Most kids don't like to take shower for example, but with a little bit of imagination, we can make this task more fun than it really is.
Dealing with children is just that. You need to be like them sometimes, and learn from them.
Outdoor I like walk with the kids and show the world to them. The cars, the houses, the colors and let them explore it. I like to take the kids to eat something they like, because this make them happy and play in somewhere that they don't know yet.
Indoor I like to do things that they'll never forget, especially on holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Or simple things in common days like dance, write, tell stories or watch a fun movie.
I know how reconize every tipe of crying andI have the comunnicate skill with children, therefore most of kids feel confortable to me.
I'm very careful about the child's well being and I care about them like a mom.
