Description
We are a family of four, mum dad and two little girls aged 4 and 1. We live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the South Hams region of Devon. We’re 5 minutes drive from Bantham – a great beach for surfers. Our 4 year old will start school in Thurlestone, which is 6 minutes drive away, in September.
We are looking for an au pair to live in our lovely cottage with us and help entertain the baby who is 21 months old. This is so I can start doing some work before she begins pre-school for 2 or 3 days per week in May.
I worked as an animatrice in France aged 19, and enjoyed amazing hospitality with a family. I’d like to return the same to whoever we welcome. We are nature lovers who love to spend time on the beach, in the garden, on walks and having picnics. We also enjoy good healthy food (we’re vegetarian, though happy to cook meat too), reading and playing with the girls.
We lived in New Zealand for five years but came home last summer because grandparents are here.
