With so much Spam being sent currently most email providers have software to detect possible spam and this is moved to a special folder which is usually called the Spam/Junk/Bulk folder, for example with a Yahoo! email account it is moved to the BULK folder. Regrettably this anti-Spam software is far from perfect and you might find that our emails are being moved by your email provider to such a folder. Please either check the folder regularly or even better inform the provider that emails from the domains www.aupair-agency.com or www.aupair.ws are not Spam.
