Generally between 17 and 27. Some countries impose further restrictions on age, anything from 23 years upwards. Check the country you wish to go to on the VISA page. The main exception is for EU citizens travelling within the EU, when there are no restrictions on work.

In the USA 27 is the maximum and in Germany 24.
