I have applied for a family but have not received their email address - why?

Your requirements may not be suited to the family - some families only look for native speakers of certain languages, or particular nationalities because of visa restrictions.
Other families only look for an aupair for a minimum length of time.

If your requirements do not match those of the family you will not be put in contact with them.
