We are an aupair agency, and not an automated database that you pay a subscription or membership fee to have access to contact details.

Aupairs
Therefore we offer aupairs an after placement backup service, that means if you have any problems with you host family you are welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. And in the worse case find a new host family.

Families
The same of course applies to families and they are entitled to free replacements, if the dispute cannot be resolved.

Which countries would you like to aupair in, you can put as many you like, but please check the visa requirements for your target countries.

Please remember that most families don´t like to change aupairs every time their children get used to an aupair, so usually a minimum of 6 months. Except during the summer school holidays then families take on aupairs for 1 - 3 months.
